After breakfast leave for Shimla by enroute visiting the exquisite palace of erstwhile Maharajah of
Rampur Bushair Explore the town and then leave for the beautiful village of Sangla perched High
above the river Sutlej, is steeped in legend, hill architecture and the remarkable natural beauty,
orchards and small villages.On tha way Charabra, Kufri Fagu, Theog, Matiana, Narkanda and
Rampur.After the initial dash over the hills, the road descends down to the Sutlej valley as we
continue to the town of Rampur on the southern bank. The roads are carved on vertical rock faces
at several locations giving itself a distinct identity. This road is popularly known as Indo-Tibet
Highway. You be welcomed by several hydroelectric power projects as you enter Kinnaur district,
the major one at Karcham where a dam is built at the confluence of Baspa and Sutlej rivers. From
Karcham we cross over the bridge and enter Baspa Valley to head towards Sangla.On arrival at
sangla check in the hotel.Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel Sangla. Meal:- Breakfast & Dinner.
After breakfast todayâ journey will take you to the last village of India before Tibet in this region –
Chitkul. The blooms of wild rose during the summers and high mountains along the head of the
valley is a treat for nature lovers. From here we retrace back to Karcham and continue along Indo-
TIbet highway before turning left and climbing the pine forest slopes till we reach Kalpa. A beautiful
Himalayan village which offers one the best views of Snow Peaks right across the valley looming
large in front of you. Kinner Kailash peak is one of the abodes of Lord Shiva. Meal:- Breakfast &
Dinner.
Today morning after breakfast leave Kalpa to head into the high mountains. After downhill climb to
the highway we continue upstream of Sutlej witnessing the dramatic change in the landscape with
every mile that passes by. With mountains becoming barren you are getting ever closer to Spiti
Valley. At Nako you will see the artificial Nako lake before heading to Gue to see India’s own
naturally preserved Mummy and continue to Tabo. Meal:- Breakfast & Dinner.

Key Monastery at Kibber & Commic Village. Dhangkar monastery, which was once the capital of
Spiti, under Kings rule. Dhang means cliff and kar means fort, the fort situated on the edge of a cliff.
Dhangkar Gompa or monastery is one of the architectural master pieces of the Buddhist yore. Built
800 years ago this is one of the endangered archaeological sites in the world. Experience the old
world feeling of the Dhangkar monastery.After that leave for pin valley Pin Valley National Park is a
National park of India located within the Lahaul and Spiti district, in the state of Himachal Pradesh,
in far Northern India.After that leave for kaza The town lies on the road between Rekong Peo and
Kaza, the sub-divisional headquarters of Spiti. The town surrounds a Buddhist monastery which,
according to legend, is said to be over a thousand years old.After that leave for The town of Kaza or
Kaze is the subdivisional headquarters of the remote Spiti Valley in the western Himalayas in the
Lahaul and Spiti district of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. On arrival check in hotel

Today morning after breakfast we drive to some of the highest inhabited regions of the world. The
highest village in Asia, Komik, which literally translates to eye of a snow cock, is situated at a height
of 4513 meters. This farming village has a population of 84 people, living in utter isolation, cut-off
from the rest of the world for most parts of the year. Later, we drive to Hikkim where we visit the
world highest post office in the world. If possible, you might even meet the post-master and hear his
stories. After sending out a postcard, we drive to Langza. Langza village is situated at an altitude of
4400 meters and belongs to the Sakyapa sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Langza houses a population of
137 in 33 households. Once you are here, you can walk around the village and visit the ancient
Lang (Temple) which is estimated to be around 1000 years old. At Langza This centuries old gompa
is a labyrinth of rooms and corridors and at one time also acted as a fort. It houses valuable
thangkas and offers a panoramic view of the area. Also visit the small gompa at Kibber, 9 kms
further ahead. Kibber at 4205 m has the distinction of being the highest permanently inhabited

Today morning after breakfast Checkout from the hotel & we drive to one of the most photogenic
places in Spiti Valley the Chandratal Lake. Before that, we pass through the high altitude pass of
Kunzum La. Stop by at the stupa and pay tribute to the local goddess,Kuzum Mata as she's known.
At 15,000 feet above sea-level, the Kuzum Pass connects Kullu and Lahaul to the Spiti Valley.
From there, we head to Chandratal Lake A visual marvel, this stunning blue-coloured lake is set at
an altitude of 4,300 meters above sea level in the heart of high Himalayas and is a must see on a
full moon night. It derives its name, Chandra (Moon) and (Lake) from the crescent shape of the
lake. Watch the lake change colours from crystal clear shades of blue to emerald greens by dusk.

Today morning after breakfast checkout from the hotel & drive to Manali .via Rohtang pass.
Rohtang Pass carry warm clothes like hand gloves, muffler, sweater, shawl, socks &sports shoes
etc. Enroute overcoats and shoes are available on hire. Please note that Rohtang Pass (altitude
3940 mts.) is actually 51 kms. far from Manali.On arrival at manali local sightseeing of Manali
"HADIMBA TEMPLE" Built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for
its exquisitely carved doorway . "CLUB HOUSE" The Club House with its comprehensive facilities
that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant
makes wonderful outing for the day." Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, and "VASHIST" Well known for
its hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisth and to Lord Rama. In the
evening, you will be transferred to Bus stand to take a Volvo bus which would leave for Delhi at
4:30. Overnight travel. Next morning reach in Delhi drop at Delhi.
